An exciting fixed term contract opportunity has become available with an established provider to oversee a handful of extra care and residential schemes for older adults across Worcestershire and the Midlands.
You will join the senior management team for a recognised charity provider and report directly to the director of operations.
Initially employed on a 4 month basis, with the opportunity to join the organisation permanently, you provide senior operational support to your designated schemes.
You will provide line management yo the registered managers at all your services, liaise with external agencies regarding contractual agreements, lead on reviews and audits and take positive approach to quality monitoring and implementation of specialist services.
This vacancy will allow you to split your time between home working and being on site at your schemes and also attending head office meetings.
This is the ideal role for an established, professional senior manager who is seeking their next step on the career ladder and who can commit to a senior management role for four months initially.
To apply, it is essential that you demonstrate a strong background within the field of scheme/extra care and/or residential management for older adults, hold a relevant care management qualification and have a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
Availability to start immediately is preferred.
In return for your extensive knowledge, skills and experience, you will receive a generous salary of £44000 pro rata, competitive mileage allowance, flexibility to work from home and the potential to secure a permanent contract.
