On behalf of a highly reputable and established provider of elderly and nursing care throughout the UK, I am actively recruiting for a Group Director of Operations to join their senior management team.
Employed on a full time, permanent basis, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple services across the UK; with the majority of your services in the South.
Your time will be spent between the company head office and in your services, supporting and oversee the operational management for your team of managers.
You will support your management team to ensure quality and compliance within their homes, oversee audits and action plans and address areas for improvement.
Your will ensure all your services throughout England are receiving "GOOD" or "OUTSTANDING" CQC ratings.
To be considered for this exciting role, you will be able to demonstrate excellent business acumen, be able to deliver, monitor and measure performance based on set KPIs and mentor and coach your regional and registered management team to reach their full potential.
To be considered for this exciting role, you must:
* Be able to demonstrate a proven background in a similar role within care home settings for older people
* Have proven line management experience for a senior management team
* Hold the level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent
* Be flexible to travel within the role, therefore a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
