In partnership with a well respected and established not-for-profit care provider, I am seeking a passionate, competent, and driven Head of Care Operations to oversee the operational management across a large portfolio of services.

Your new role will require you to oversee residential and nursing settings for older adults, some of whom have a dementia diagnosis, an extra care setting and a respite service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will report directly to the chief executive and be responsible for managing effective delivery and performance of high-quality care and support services, whilst ensuring the business meets all legal requirements. You will provide strong positive leadership, acting as a role model to inspire service managers and other staff to achieve the highest standards of service.

To be considered for this exceptional role, you must:
" Demonstrate significant senior management experience in the field of elderly/dementia care
" Have a proven track record working in partnership with other providers and commissioners
" Be experienced managing multiple sites
" Hold a full UK driving licence
" Have a formal care qualification and be able to demonstrate success with CQC
