BS Social Care is looking for an experienced Manager for an Adult Learning Disability Day Centre based in Liverpool.

Our client is a nationwide provider of residential care and education who have an excellent reputation for looking after their residents, service users and staff alike.

This role will involve managing a team of managers below you to organise workshops, activities, learning programs and enrichment for the service users of this centre. Additionally to managing your team you will be in charge of operational tasks within the centre such as recruitment, rotas, performance management, training, budgeting and arranging any maintenance within the centre.

To be a suitable candidate for this role you will have proven management experience in a similar setting such as a learning disability residential or education service. You will have proven experience of managing a team of managers and will be confident in being the primary person in charge of 70+ service users. You will have an NVQ Level 5 in management and over 5 years' experience in the sector

In return for your skills and expertise the client will train you in a number of different skills and qualifications to allow you to develop and excel in this role. As well as providing you with the support and training to be an exceptional manager you will have opportunities to earn bonus and will have other benefits available to you.

The pay rate for this role is between £40000-£45000 dependent on experience which is based on 40 hours per week.
