We are looking for a Leader!

This amazing role, as Head of Operations, leading the delivery of residential children care and educational needs will make an exceptional difference to young people's lives and their families.

Leading the operational team who work 3 (good/outstanding) rated homes and our school, which are really special places providing outstanding education and care to children & young people between 19 and 19, you can really make your mark in this role and a difference to each and every young person within your care.

Its varied and its challenging and you will be supporting young people who have education needs, severe learning difficulties, autism and other complex needs - but its very rewarding too!

We need a Role Model!

Your ability to demonstrate a high quality approach in all aspects of your work, to lead on the implementation of strategy, service development and tasks to meet the changing needs of children & young people will motivate the people that work for and with you.

Ideal experience & Qualification

• You will need experience in a specialist area of service, such as working with young people/young adults with Autism and/or challenging behaviour
• Qualified to at least Level 5 in a relevant field
• NPQH or DIPSW
• Postgraduate Qualification in Autism
