BS Social Care is a nationwide recruitment organisation that sources for temporary and permanent candidates to assist health and social care organisations with their recruitment needs. We are divided up by branches and each branch covers certain geographical areas.

About the job; I am looking for a Consultant to work alongside two Consultants covering the Northamptonshire area (we have myself who is the new Perm Manager and I have been here for 6 years and we have the 2nd Consultant who is 3 weeks into the role) and 1 Consultant covering the Leicestershire area which you will be assisting with (this Consultant is 4 months in).

As a team of 4, we will be targeted on gaining relationships within our surrounding geographical areas and work hard to find the candidates they need to complete their care teams no matter what the criteria. We will use a number of resources to gain these candidates including working closely together as a team to ensure we are all leaving the office on a Friday knowing we have filled as many roles at possible.

The job will be target driven role to help you achieve your end of year goal. You will speak to care organisations via phone, email and client visits and will speak to candidates via phone, email, text and face to face interviews.

About the ideal candidate; you will be a driver, you will live near to the Northampton branch (ideally within an hours drive), be able to commit to the working hours on offer, ideally have some form of health and social care knowledge or relevance to the health and social care sector, ideally recruitment/sales experience but this is not essential, be able to communicate well with people on all different employment levels, be confident cold calling and dealing with difficult situations. You will also have a fun and hard working attitude and be able to juggle a number of tasks but know when to take a 5 min tea round break (because we all love a good cup of tea in this office) to come back to your desk with a little calmer to when you left it.

A salary of £18,000 + will be offered for this permanent full time role working Monday - Friday; 9am - 5.30pm alongside all of our benefits and full in house training, online training, management and head office training and support and so much more.
