Job Description

** Healthcare Personal Assistant (Supported Living) **
** Corby + Upton (Northampton)**
** Part time or full time **
** £8.91 to £9.50/hour **
** Corby Days: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm **
** Upton: Between two to four twelve-hour shifts / will include days and night
** Must have both vaccinations done**


BS Social Care are currently working in partnership with a well establish care company that delivers complex health and social care to individuals living with profound disabilities in their own homes. We are looking for resilience and hardworking candidates who have a `get up and go` attitude, who are passionate about the work they produce and want to be within this role for the right reasons. This role can be challenging; however, it is also a line of work that gives great job satisfaction and can really allow you to make changes within people`s lives.

About the employer: The company is a national provider delivering complex health and social care to individuals living with profound disabilities in their own homes.

About the job: To undertake tasks and duties that enable clients to live independently in their own homes including Personal Care and care that requires Advanced Skills. To work closely with clients and the company, to follow policy and procedures and to be a positive and pro-active team member.

About the ideal candidate: ideally you will hold a Level 2 /3 in Health and Social Care. Or 1-year minimum experience in Supported Living. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team and on one`s own imitative

Problem solving & crisis management. Time management. Ability to Identify and manage risks. Ability to convey information clearly, follow organisational policies & procedures and produce appropriate written communication
Be respectful of and act in ways that recognise the importance of a person`s rights and beliefs. Ability to promote and represent the Company in a positive and professional light


This role requires lots of resilience, lots of motivation and lots of passion to do the job well.
This is a permanent and full-time role where a full of 6 to 8 weeks training will be provided by the company. You will have access to the company work lifeline.
