** Healthcare Personal Assistant (Supported Living) **
** Corby **
** Part time **
** £9 to £11/hour **
** 10:00pm - 7:00am (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays **
** Must be a DRIVER**
** Must have both vaccinations done**

About the employer: The company is a provider delivering care and support to individuals living in their own homes.

About the job: To undertake tasks and duties that enable clients to live independently in their own homes. To work closely with clients and the company, to follow policy and procedures and to be a positive and pro-active team member.

About the ideal candidate: ideally you will hold a Level 2 /3 in Health and Social Care. Or 1-year minimum experience in Supported Living. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team and on one`s own imitative
Problem solving & crisis management. Time management. Ability to Identify and manage risks. Ability to convey information clearly, follow organisational policies & procedures and produce appropriate written communication


Be respectful of and act in ways that recognise the importance of a person`s rights and beliefs. Ability to promote and represent the Company in a positive and professional light
This role requires lots of resilience, lots of motivation and lots of passion to do the job well.

This is a permanent and full-time role where a training will be provided by the company. You will have access to the company work lifeline.
