A new opportunity for the New Year has become available for a Business Support Manager working for one of our government - based clients!
The role will require to carry out the following duties: -
" Support the Director/Deputy Director by managing their workload and priorities through comprehensive, prioritised diary management
" Scheduling meetings and resolving conflicting demands to enable the Director/Deputy Director to deliver on their priority areas
" Preparing travel arrangements, accommodation, and preparation for attendance at external events, including their potential visits to other office locations, external meetings or engagements.
" Identifying important emails or communication that require immediate action, proactively gathering input from relevant team members.
" Collect, collate, and monitor actions and other general commissions emerging from meetings.
" Delivering ad hoc projects to improve operations and the efficiency of the team.
" Maintain processes, systems, and information/records.
" Building and maintaining a strong network across the function and the department.
Previous Business Support experience would be an advantage for this role as will office management experience.
This role is for approx. 6 months however this is a possibility of it being extended
This role is a working from home role and equipment will be provided
