Job Description
Overview:
Brook Street are pleased to announce we have a new part time opportunity that has become newly available. Our client is looking for a suitable candidate to become a Higher Executive Officer in the Southwest region (Dorset and surrounding areas). The suitable candidate will need to hold a UK driving licence as travel is expected once per month (with the possibility of becoming once a week). The role will involve being a Personal Assistant Inspector for the Care Quality Commission (provided through access to work disability support funding).
" 18 hours/week Pay rate: National Grade D £25,733 per annum pro rata. Approximately £13.67 per hour
" Duration; 6 Months
" Location: Home based (SW Home based)
Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
o To provide high quality, effective administrative and interpretation support for CQC Registration Inspector/QI Advisor
o To assist CQC Registration Inspector/QI Advisor to undertake tasks essential to the delivery of high-quality regulatory activities
o To attend site visits and Fit Person Interviews (FPI) and collate and interpret evidence through electronic note taking, report summarising and content planning
o To assist and support CQC Registration Inspector/QI Advisor to summarise and present post-inspection Report Planning and Evidence Records (RPER)
o To assist CQC Registration Inspector/QI Advisor by proof reading, language modification and translating content in reports, email correspondence, assignments, applications, guidance, documents etc.
o To attend Team Meetings and translate and summarise notes into concise and clear accessible format with highlighted priorities
o To provide support to identify and translate key points of strategy, process and progress from interviews and guidance
o To analyse data and findings from surveys and reports and translate into power point presentations
o To provide wrap-around communication support to ensure all meetings, interview/site visit evidence and reports are presented to CQC Registration Inspector/QI Advisor in an accessible format
o To actively engage with all parts of the CQC, internal and external stakeholders, that contribute to the delivery of a successful Registration inspection
o To role model CQC's values and behaviours
