Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Home Care Manager to work as part of a team based in Bromley.
We have been delivering care for over 33 years, including for more than 25 years in our clients` own
homes in the Bromley, Croydon and Reigate areas.

All care is tailored to meet the needs of the individuals to help them develop the abilities they need to move to the next stage in their lives. That we support and intended to improve life skills, strengthen relationships and encourage personal choices.
The role involves overseeing and supporting all areas of the home care operation including admin, support systems, recruitment, staff development, marketing, and care planning and delivery. You would also sit on the Company`s Management Board which oversees the provision of both residential and domiciliary care; we have two care homes also.

On target earnings are made up of a salary plus three individual bonuses and represent what you should realistically expect to be paid if you do the job well, but there is the potential to earn significantly above these levels if you excel in the role.

We are looking for someone who shares our values and can build on our reputation for excellence to both maintain the quality of care we provide to our current clients and grow the service.

You would be supported by an experienced Planner and Admin Assistant within the office, and three field-based Area Supervisors. This team would grow as you grow the service.

Requirements:
- Experience running a team
- Computer skills in Microsoft office particularly word, excel, outlook and the internet.
- Experience working in a care home and domiciliary care setting
- Experience of working as a registered manager level in care setting - 1-year experience
- Ability to demonstrate clear communication skills both verbal and written.
- Great sense of humour
- Great working within a team
- Must be flexible and able to carry out on call duties
- Excellent level of people management skills.

8am - 4pm (Monday - Friday)
