An exciting opportunity has become available within this large, well established nursing home based in Cardiff, which is part of a small group of homes in the South Wales area.

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the home, managing the large team of staff to ensure that the highest standards of care are maintained throughout.

You will receive an in-depth induction to ensure that you can carry out the role to the highest standard, as well as having an experienced clinical and care team to support you including Senior Nurses and a Supervisor.

This post is open to both clinical and non-clinical managers, however you must have experience of managing in a large nursing home setting with experience in leading large staff teams.
