Job Title: Home Manager

Location: South Tyneside

SALARY: £45,000 - £50,000

BS Social Care are proud to be currently assisting a reputable Elderly Care provider in their search for an experienced Nurse Manager to assist in the smooth running and provision of quality care to the residents.

As a Home Manager, you are responsible for the day to day operations of the care home. You will oversee all activities and make sure the service and care meet the national minimum standard for this home. Furthermore, you will be expected to run business performance, fundraising, negotiating contracts, and recruitment.

Under your management, you will promote a caring environment that provides service users with specialised personal care and ensure everyone is treated with respect.

You will work together to ensure the social, physical and emotional needs of the residents are met. You will lead and support a staff team of nurses and care workers to provide excellent levels of care following a person centred approach. You will have excellent communication skills which you will use to build rapport with service users, families and to engage with your team. You have a good knowledge of CQC standards and the NMC guidelines.

The successful candidate will have:
