I am recruiting for an experienced Manager to head a well-established team of 30+ bedroom Care Home that provides a high quality care in a premium environment.

As a Manager you will be required to provide effective leadership, governance and management and it is your responsibility to secure, sustain and promote the reputation of the home. To ensure the delivery of high quality holistic care and to create a caring environment conducive to individual needs and practice research development within the framework of quality assurance. You will have the support of the Senior Operations Team.

You will also be adept at establishing new and outward facing relationships driving the business and growth ambitions forward. You will be outcomes focused, flexible and have an unswerving passion for providing the very best the service users.

Essential for you to be successful is Level5 (or equivalent) and experience with elderly.
