We are working with one of the most established and well regarded care providers in the UK on their search for a Home Manager who has experience of managing an older peoples service, with a requirement for nursing/residential care for their 40 bedded service in Chesterfield, providing person centred care for elderly residents

Its essential that you are an experienced Home Manager, able to lead, motivate and direct a busy care and clinical team so your experience of managing a similar sized service, with nurses within the service would be really beneficial

You will need to be EITHER a qualified Nurse (NMC Registered/UK Pin No) OR you can be a Level 4/5 Qualified Manager, who has managed a nursing home previously with a clinical lead/deputy as the clinical lead.
