We are working with one of the most respected, charitable care providers in the UK on their search for a General Manager for their 35 bedded home in the New Malden, Surrey area.
As an established home, with a "good" CQC report, we are looking for a General Manager who is able to take full responsibility for the overall management of the home, including occupancy, financial management, residents and team engagement, recruitment and of course, regulators CQC/compliance.
We are looking for your expertise! Your ability to engage at all leaves, effectively manage the day to day operations, whilst inspiring and motivating your team, thus creating a great environment for residents and staff alike.
This organisation pride themselves on having High staffing levels and more carers on each shift compared to many other care homes with a complete focus on the resident and a determination to make every day special for them rather than focusing on tasks
You will need:
- To be RMA/Level 5 QCF or equivalent - or will be a qualified nurse with NMC Registration/UK Pin No
- To be experienced with a proven track record within a similar role
- To have strong commercial business acumen and the ability to enhance financial performance where needed
- To have extensive CQC, regulatory and compliance experience
