Nursing Home Manager
£55K - £65K + benefits/incentives
Crowthorne, Berkshire

We are supporting this privately owned business who have 4 homes within the group on their search for a Home Manager for their home in Aldershot Hampshire

As this is an independent provider, the ideal Manager would be someone who is fairly self sufficient on a day to day basis, able to manage their own time, whilst motivating and managing the staff team.

Your communication skills will be key in terms of relationship building with relatives and internal/external stakeholders and of course your skills in compliance and meeting statutory needs is essential

You would be well supported in this role with a Clinical Lead/Deputy and an Operations Manager
