Registered Home Manager - Newark


**Registered Children's Home Manager - 2 x Dual Homes**
** Newark **
** Full time and permanent **
** £35,847 - £40,922 - Full Time**

BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a Registered Home Manager to manage a Children and Young people with various needs One of many homes in Newark, which provides a caring, comfortable and supporting environment for young people. This is a permanent and full-time role working. We are looking for strong candidates with sound CQC knowledge and experience.

They specialise in working with young people and families. They have comprehensive experience in providing specialist, welfare and educational based support, interventions and guidance to children and young people in various settings

About the Job;
We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity to the right individual, to lead on opening and the running of two dual placement homes in the Newark area. Working as a provider of choice with Local Authorities, we have recognised the need for dual placements for children and young people who may struggle in a larger group setting due to their individual and complex needs.
The two homes will be near each other, function as a combined staff team with a singular Management oversight, registered for both homes with Ofsted. The expectation is that these homes will be functioning in early 2019 and we are looking for an individual with high levels of motivation and drive who cannot only mobilise, recruit and open the home but to manage it going forward delivering a high standard of care and outcome


About the ideal candidate;

The Ideal Candidate:
" Essential Skills
" A professional social work qualification (Degree), QCF level 5 or working towards
" Substantial Managerial experience within a similar environment
" 2 year's Residential Management care experience.
" Full driving licence

" Desirable Skills
" Experience of project/ work planning, monitoring and reviewing/quality assurance.
" Knowledge of basic accounting principles and ability to interpret financial information
" Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook Email

For this full time and permanent role, we are offering a starting salary of ££35,847 - £40,922 per annum - Full Time You will also receive masses of support, training, qualifications and more.
