Nursing Home Manager
£65 - £70k

This leading, privately owned care provider is a well regarding company, supporting residents and service users with varying nursing requirements. They are a smaller organisation, specialist in the field and provide exceptional care and support their residents at this service in Camberley, Surrey.

As such they are keen to recruit an experienced General Manager (nurse qualified/NMC Registered) who will have the support of a Clinical Lead within the home, to manage, lead and direct a nursing and care team, ensuring the best possible care is provided to the 40 residents residing at this lovely Good rated service.


Ideal Candidate:

• Will be experienced in leading the day to day operations of a similar sized home including compliance, occupancy levels and financial acumen in terms of budgets etc.
• Will be a strong motivate and manager for the staff/nursing team
• Strong communication and leadership skills - we are looking for a General Manager who is able to build relationship with external and internal stakeholders
• Must be a qualified nurse/NMC Registered/UK Pin No
