Are you an experienced Home Manager (RGN) looking for a new challenge in redeveloping a care home?
My client is a renowned charity which is recognised for providing high quality housing, support and care for the elderly in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Somerset and surrounding areas. They have thrived to create communities for people to stay in independently, work and prosper within the local community. My client has also won an award for the Great British Care Awards.
They are seeking a HOME MANAGER (RGN) that has strong leadership skills, clinical skills, business minded and approachable. You will also have experience in business development, recruiting, knowledge with HR, budgeting, strong management skills and experience with CQC compliance and achieved a level 5 with an active PIN.
-Develop business and turn around the care home with new business strategies.
-Marketing and advertising.
-Recruit new staff members.
-Manage and lead over 130 staff members.
