Job Description

We need experienced Project Workers supporting vulnerable young people.

You will be working in a hostel supporting young people aged between 16 and 25 who are at risk of being homeless.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Level 3 NVQ
• A minimum of a years recent experience working with children and young people.
• Experience working with service users who have problems with alcohol & substance misuse,challenging behaviour and learning difficulties.
