BS Social Care has over 20 years providing various care and support roles within the West Midlands. We are known for the quality of candidates provided to our clients and positive working relationships with our employees. Our agency roles cover a wide range of roles within care and support sector which includes working with those with mental health needs, learning disabilities, the elderly and the homeless.

We have ongoing full time hours within an established homelessness hostel in Coventry. Duties would include carrying out hourly rough sleeper checks, health and safety checks, building checks, answering the phone, documenting messages and providing support for clients.

The ideal candidate would be empathetic, supportive and have a minimum of 6 months experience within the last year.

Experience working with the homeless desirable but not essential.
