Hostel Support Worker

BS Social Care are currently recruiting temporary/bank staff on behalf of one of our top & most consistent clients.

This is a flexible role that allows you to work around your own schedule.
This service does tend to call in last minute shifts, so we are looking for reliable flexible candidates.

The service are looking for us to recruit 3 candidates who would be able to cover the shifts that come in, and work around each others availability to fill shifts. They want to keep the same workers going there to help residents feel more at ease with familiar faces.

You would be based in a hostel setting supporting adults with severe learning disabilities, physical and mental health problems. Hostel experience is preferred.

Some duties you would be expected consist of:
Recording documentation
Personal care
General support
CCTV
liaising wtih emergency services if needed

Please note to qualify for this role you must have at least 6 months paid experience within the last year or a years paid experience within the last two years. If you dont have this unfortunately you wont be considered.

The pay rate for this role will be £9.00 p/h
