Job Description

We are looking for a full time housing office to work on a temporary basis to work at a service based in Harrogate.

You will be working to support customers that have been referred by Housing Options Officers that have new tenancies, supporting them with housing benefits, discretionary housing payments, obtaining furniture etc, looking into charities. Therefore, the biggest specification is communication skills and people skills, resolutions and thinking on your feet. You would be liaising with other agencies, for example job centre, Social Workers, Police and using our specialist system to record this on line.

We would need you to have at least 12 months experience working in a similar housing setting and be available to work Monday - Friday 9am -5pm.
