Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Housing Service Manager for a supported housing accommodation service for people, If this sounds like the role for you then get in touch NOW!

You will be working for an excellent service provider who are highly experienced in providing specialist support to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, who require Intensive support in managing and maintaining a tenancy. The residents may have complex and additional support needs to include but not limited to those with addictions, mental health issues, learning difficulties and offending behaviour.

You will be responsible to operate the service across Preston for 240 Bed, managing a Team of 10-15 people, Build Relationship with New and Existing External Agencies you must have a good understanding around Housing Legislations and be in charge of the whole operational.

You must have real understanding of the Housing sector as having a real passion and drive to be leading by example with a firm management style. Positive attitude, Flexible to working hours and willing to participate in on call arrangements.

This is a Full time permanent role 37.5 hours a week Mon - Fri 9-5.30pm

Starting Salary is £28,000 but this is negotiable depending on Experience
