Job Description

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, Key Worker to support the service for some of our most vulnerable community members, supporting the wider team to deliver support to customers based in their accommodation.
You will be working for an excellent Housing provider specialising in the highest quality of support and help to provide homely accommodation and manage the use of communal facilities and assisting residents with information on rent and service charge payments and help on how to claim relevant benefits and making payment arrangements

As the Key Worker, you will be supporting residents who have been homeless over the age of 18 and Working as part of the project staff team to offer consistent service delivery to residents in a professional and effective manner, to address any issues that may arise you will be responsible to Report incidents if residents do not comply with the terms and conditions of their license agreement, and take action against the licensee for any breaches in line with published procedures following consultation with managers and carry out health and safety checks within the building and grounds to maintain the upkeep of the project to the required standards to ensure a safe and secure environment.

You will be able to demonstrate good organisations skills, resilience, communication skills and a confident and motivated character. The successful candidate will be level-headed. You will demonstrate professionalism and maturity throughout the role.

The successful candidate will hold relevant experience in the Social Care fields ideally from either a Housing service background or


This is a full-time position 35 hours a week with a salary of £22721 Per annum
