HR Advisor (Children's Services)

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled and competent HR advisor with generalist experience to join a leading children`s residential and education provider in Staffordshire.

Based within a busy office, you will work as part of an established team, offering support across their childcare settings.

You will be responsible for all aspects of HR including recruitment, disciplinaries, grievances and all aspects of employee relations.

You will be able to demonstrate a proven background within a HR capacity and where possible, have a comprehensive understanding of education and/or children`s residential care.

To be considered for this vacancy, you will have excellent computer skills and competent knowledge of HR responsibilities. You will have previously worked within a similar role within a care related setting and be flexible to travel between different sites nationwide (this could be as frequent as once or twice a week)

Although not essential, a CIPD qualification would be highly beneficial to this role.
