We are looking for attentive duty managers for our new service. Imagine being able to spend your later years in the lap of luxury, with service on-hand that is of the level of a top hotel; that is what we provide. Our service hosts just over 80 independent residences for retirees; this includes apartments, townhouses and bungalows. It`s not just somewhere to sleep and while the days away watching TV between visits from carers; our residents will have the option to watch a movie in our theatre with their family, go fishing on the lake, relax in the comfort of their home enjoying one of our specially catered meals or maybe they`ll nip across the road to the spa. We provide 24 hour care to the highest standard possible.
As the duty manager you`ll be responsible for managing our team of housekeepers and carers, to ensure that the highest levels of care are given. You`ll liaise with the General Manager to ensure that we are always adequately staffed, you`ll also assist with rotas, time sheets, cash administration etc.
You`ll be well experienced in delivering high quality care, good at communicating and determined to set a great example, the best leaders always do! Of course, you`ve had experience managing staff, writing care plans, rotas and are familiar with regulatory and compliance standards.

Salary & benefits:
£21,000 - £25,000
3 x 12 hour shifts
