We currently have a exciting opportunity for passionate and dedicated Independent Living worker to join a highly established Housing provider across the Cumbria Area

The role of the Independent Living Worker is to work within the Living Well Service which is a housing assignments with older adults. Your duties will be to assist in the effective management and running of the service, providing support and co-ordinating services to tenants to promote their Independence. This role is a 3 months temporary contract , hours can vary days, evenings and weekend work.

We are looking for people like you who want to strive to build effective relationships with partners and stakeholders, recognising the needs of the service and can prioritise tasks. We are looking for people who want to go the extra mile to get the best outcome in every situation!

The successful applicant must have at least 12 months experience within the social care industry or 6 months experience with a relevant social care qualifications.
