Job Description

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, Key Worker for Young people service for some of our most vulnerable community members, supporting the wider team to deliver support to customers based in their accommodation.
You will be working for an excellent Housing provider specialising in the highest quality of support and help to provide homely accommodation and manage the use of communal facilities and assisting residents with information on rent and service charge payments and help on how to claim relevant benefits and making payment arrangements

As the Key worker support the residents ages 18-25 to achieve their life goals and aspirations, ensure prompt turnover of vacant rooms through liaison with referral agency and the void maintenance team. You will provide guidance and support for clients to move on from our service including registering and applying for accommodation, secure environment including regular health and safety checks and ensuring records are maintained including any issues that arise and their resolution.

You will be able to demonstrate good organisations skills, resilience, communication skills and a confident and motivated character. The successful candidate will be level-headed. You will demonstrate professionalism and maturity throughout the role.


This is a Maternity Cover position for 6 months at 30 hours a week with a salary of £17137 Per annum
