Job Description

I am currently working with a fantastic organisation that is looking for a Learning & Development Advisor. You will be responsible for the training and development of both internal and external, you will be assisting and advising on ways to improve the delivery of learning opportunities and the role is key to supporting several regional offices in relation to their learning and development needs. THIS IS A NATIONAL ROLE.

You will be responsible for delivering and developing a wide range of L&D activities in line with organisational requirements. You will be expected to ensure that all learning and development activities are fit for purpose and work with the wider L&D Team.

Your main responsibilities you consist of;

To deliver mandatory training, compliance and required training (for example health and safety, manual handling, First Aid (1 day) SOVA, COSHH, Infection Control, Eden Awareness and Associate Training etc.) at all homes
To assist in the design of mandatory, compliance and required training sessions

To attend as necessary training events such as management seminars, business briefings etc.

To maintain the Trust's training KPI's, liaising with homes and proactively following up failures to meet the identified KPI's

To support the provision of training courses through liaison with external and internal trainers, venues and Trust staff in liaison with the Senior training Officer

To assist the Senior training Officer in the drawing up of an annual Training & Development plan

To produce and contribute to HO reports

To assist in the compilation of the Training Report for Trustees

To be able to carry out frequent travel nationwide.

To be considered for this role you must have experience in training, developing and delivering training, have a strong background in care and have knowledge with CQC. And happy to travel the UK.

For your hard work and commitment, you will paid £41,441 with a 4k car allowance, organisational benefits such as health care & pension plans
