Learning and Development Trainer
£25,000 per annum
35 hours per week
Our client, a highly reputable care provider and sought after employer in the UK, is looking for an experienced and qualified trainer to join their team in the South of England.
As a Learning and Development Trainer your main purpose will be to work as part of a team to develop and deliver training to our clients growing team.
Your Duties will include, but are not exclusive to:
Assisting the Learning and Organisational Development Manager and Learning and Development Business Partner to deliver organisational requirements for mandatory training and other L&D needs of individual staff and managers. Developing and delivering creative and engaging L&D training programme(s) and workshops for staff within the organisation to build capability and drive change. Designing, delivering, and evaluating a rolling programme of L&D training and refresher training in line with the organisational-wide learning and development plan.
To apply for this role, you must have achieved a PTLLS qualification, Cert in Education CIPD or equivalent qualification. You must have experience of working in a similar training role and you must be a highly skilled communicator. A Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle and a willingness to travel is essential for this role.
