Our Client is looking for 3 full time support workers / 1 nights worker & 2 senior support workers.

Within your role, you will be helping support highly reputable organisations across various residential homes for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, mental health, autism, and other additional needs.
Personal Care & Meds training is particularly desirable.
Fulltime - Early: 7:30am - 3pm / Afternoon: 2:30pm - 10pm / Night: 10pm-8am
The service has 5 clients which 2 of need meds, meds training is desirebale but not essential as there will always be atleast 2 staff members on shift who will be responsile to provide meds. All 5clients are independent but require BSL (sign language). Other duties are general cleaning, making cups of tea, prompting to go to the toliet and basic interaction and communiaction.

To work with us, you will need:
" 6 months paid, hands-on experience or recently undertaken training
" To be approachable, friendly, proactive and engage with the services users
" Great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
" Desirable: DBS on the update service
