You will join an established and well-respected provider who has an established and developing presence within the East Midlands region.
Your role as service manager will require you to oversee the day to day running of a medium sized setting that has key focus on the promotion of choice, independence, and good health well being.
You will oversee everything from recruitment and staff management through to quality and compliance. As you will be a manager who leads by example, you will also play a key role in the lives of the people you support and be committed to being involved in activities and from time to time, personal care.
As with all managerial roles, you will share the on-call rota.
You will be strong leader and mentor, nurturing in your approach but also driven to ensure your service is at the top of its game when it comes to delivering care and getting outcomes for the people you support.
To be considered, you need to:
* Demonstrate proven management experience in the learning disabilities sector
* Hold a relevant care management qualification
* Be committed to person centred care and to going the extra mile for your service.
In return, you will receive a salary up to £35000 dependent on experience, continued training and development, access to internal progression opportunities and other exciting benefits.
