We have a very exciting opportunity, supporting young people on a waking night basis. Working within a well established organisation!

The role of the learning disabilities support worker is to support the young people aged between 8-19 years of age. This well established company has 4 homes within close proximity to each other, the individuals you are supporting have varying needs and different levels of support, ranging from 1-1 support to 4-1 support. You must be happy to do personal care, ranging from prompting to intimate. This role is on a temporary basis working waking nights.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is reliable and committed into supporting the service. Ideally you will have experience with individuals with autism and preferably have team teach restraint training.

You will need a minimum of 1 years paid work experience within the social care sector, or 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. If you have a fully enhanced DBS on the update service we would love to hear from you!
