A well established organisation are recruiting for learning disabilities support workers within a residential setting. The service supports individuals with complex learning difficulties offering a person centred approach.

You will be working through BS Social Care which is one of the UK's leading recruitment specialist, specialising in sourcing and placing skilled workers into roles within the social care sector.

Your role will be to help care and support individuals with complex learning disabilities in a residential setting. You will assist them with daily living, such as meal preparation, personal care and going out into the community to assist with activities.

For this role preferably you will need to have moving and handling and be NAPPI trained as this service requires this support.

Successful candidates MUST have a minimum of 1 year's practical experience within the care sector in the past 2 years.
