Learning Disability Support Worker

Are you looking for flexible hours? Do you need work that revolves around your own schedule? BS Social Care alter our schedule to fit yours, you tell us the days hours and shifts you would prefer and we can find them for you!

We currently are recruiting experienced support workers to work with ourselves and one of our top clients to provide Support Work to adults with learning disabilities. This is a lovely service and a really friendly atmosphere, we are looking for candidates who will be able to maintain this.

Some duties that could be expected of you consist of:
Personal care
challenging behaviour
monitoring
Daily tasks
Cooking/cleaning
Emotional support
Physical support

To be successful in this role you must have at least 6 months paid experience within the last year or 12 months paid experience within the last two years. If you don't meet there requirements then we will not be able to take the application any further. voluntary experience will not be accepted unfortunately.

We are looking for reliable trustworthy staff members with a genuine passion for the care sector and helping others. We need someone with a flexible schedule and ready to work.
