We are looking for a well experienced manager to take over the running of a 14 bed nursing home supporting adults with Learning Disabilities.
You will also be in a team of 9 Locality Managers supporting the services in the area.
The role as a registered locality manager you will be the key driver for service delivery and people management and quality assessments, etc. You will have the support from the senior management and well established team, already in place. You will be part of a well-known charity that enable children, young people and adults with learning disabilities to live life in the way they choose. As part of a larger organisation future career progression opportunities are there.
Minimum Level 5 or equivalent
Experience of working in a similar setting and with Learning Disabilities
Strong management background.
Reliability and commitment to delivering best practice, troubleshooting and continuous improvements
Excellent organisational, interpersonal and report writing skills
The skills to lead and motivate others, work as part of a team and strive for excellence
