We have a fantastic opportunity available for a locality manager for a national charity who provide residential and supported living services to adults who have learning and physical disabilities. This role is based in the Swansea/Neath Port Talbot area.
You will be responsible for managing a supported living service for adults who have a variety of complex needs from dementia, learning disabilities and mental health needs.
The ideal candidate will hold a QCF 3 in health & social care or hold their QCF 5. Ideally you will have experience within a supervisory role, whether that would be as a senior care assistant/support worker, deputy manager or care manager.
