Deputy Manager/Senior Support Worker

£22000

37.5 hours per week, shift rota basis with some out of hours working

My client a charity based in Sale is currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join one of there 4 residential homes and be part of the management team. You will have experience working with either Children or Adults within a residential setting and be open and willing to train and look after one or the other as my client has residential homes for both Children and Adults.

Your main duties for the role will be to provide person centres support for individuals who have a range of physical and learning disabilities, carry out senior activities to the highest standard, looking after staff teams and act as in charge when the registered manager is absence, you will also take lead in care planning, risk assessments and communicating fully to all staff above and below you.

To be successful for this role you must;
> A minimum level 3 health and social care or children and young people
> Be a driver and have access to your own car
> Experience working with Children or Adults in a residential setting.
> Have leadership experience as in Senior/ Team leader or deputy
