***Calling all NURSERY AREA MANAGERS ***
Area Nursery Manager : Primarily based at Greenwich branch with visits to the other settings.
Responsible for overseeing 8 nurseries in total
This position is for an immediate start till until 30th April 2021.
Qualifications: to include Early Years degree, Early Years Professional, NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent. 3 years' post-qualification experience and 2 years' relevant supervisory experience for the manager position.
Working hours: 40 per week, rotating shift 8 am to 5 pm / 9 am to 6 pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Up to £38K
You must be passionate about working in childcare and be experienced in managing children's Nurseries.
Background & experience:
" Excellent knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and Ofsted requirements
" Great understanding and practical experience of nursery care for young children
" Great understanding and practical experience of child development and parenting
" Experience of working in similar role is essential
" Knowledge of health and safety legislation
" Secure knowledge of how babies develop and the ability to apply this to your practice
" Working knowledge of safe guarding children
" Knowledge of learning and development of children and how to monitor this
" Great understanding and practical experience of child development and parenting
" Excellent Knowledge in Early years inspection
" Experience in quality Staff performance management
" Skilled in dealing with Parents, building strong parent partnership, maintaining positive partnerships

" Proven managerial level experience
" Excellent organisation skills
