The role of the support worker, is to support individuals who can present challenging behaviour, they may be disengaging and not want to communicate but your role is to remain patient and support with their daily living tasks and any activities they want to do.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can be patient and understanding and want to make a difference. They need individuals who are committed as the service is wanting to maintain consistency for the service users. If you have a DBS on the update service please call!

You will need a minimum of 1 years paid work experience within the social care sector in the past 2 years or 6 months within the past year. If you are medication trained we would love to hear from you!
