Job Description

The service supports people with disadvantages in life and who suffer from severe mental health and complex needs and trauma.

The service provides 24 hr accommodation who have been diagnosed with severe and enduring mental health.

The candidate will not be afraid to work hard and support the service.

Must have experience in working with mental health disorders, autism, dementia, learning disabilities.
Must have the desire to help people with disadvantages in life.
An awareness and understanding of the social , emotional and well being needs of individuals with enduring mental health needs and to give care.
To understand the difficulties faced by individuals with complex trauma, substance misuse and to help gain life skills and achieve their ambitions.

The service will pay £23,109 to £24,000 with the opportunity to increase after probation.
