Tenancy Support Worker

Cardiff

This role is a full time temporary contract. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm for 3 months.

BS Social Care are looking for an experienced Tenancy Support Worker to work in a full time contract with a national mental health charity in Cardiff.

Your role will be to support individuals with a range of mental health issues who are experiencing issues with their current tenancies and need support to maintain those tenancies. You will be required to deliver support to the individuals in their day to day lives and in pointing them in the right direction to relevant benefits or other means of support that their entitled to.

You will be delivering support face to face however, there is PPE and social distancing measures are in place. You will need to be a driver to be considered for this role due to the nature of handling a caseload of clients.

If you have 6 months practical experience working in a similar role in the last 12 months then I will be happy to hear from you!
