An excellent opportunity has arisen for children centered and dedicated night support workers to support families and parents within the Blackpool area.

You will be working for an excellent family care provider specializing in the highest quality of support and help to provide homely accommodation to families who have experienced or will potentially experience difficulties.

As the Night Support Worker, you will have a duty of care for the health and well being of residents including administering medication for both physical and mental health conditions and coordinating social activities for parents. You will be responsible for the supervision of the interactions of families both directly and remotely using a tablet device, focusing on parent-child interaction.

You will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, resilience, communication skills and have a confident and motivated attitude. The successful candidate will be level-headed and children focused. You will demonstrate professionalism and maturity throughout the role.

The successful candidate will hold relevant experience in social care and childcare. Ideally, you will have experience with mental health. You will need to have the NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Childcare, Residential Care, Children and Family or Health and Social Care

This role pays £11 per hour and you are entitled to holiday pay and will work for BS Social Care on our temp desk. Flexible working available to work around your needs.
