Job Title: Multi-site registered manager
Location: Multi-site (Shropshire)
Hours: Full time with on call requirement
On behalf of an amazing, person centred charitable provider, I am seeking a multi-site registered manager to oversee the operational day to day running of supported living services within the Shropshire area.
You will support adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours to live independently and enjoy a fulfilling life.
Employed on a full-time basis, you will hold registration with CQC and report directly into the company directors.
Key Responsibilities and duties will include:
" Multi-site management
" Holding registration with CQC
" Referral management
" Delivering the highest quality of person-centred care, which supports choice, independence, and dignity
" Staff recruitment, training, mentoring and management
" Care and support planning, internal audits, and management of all relevant documentation
" Safeguarding management
" Liaising with external agencies and healthcare professionals
" Shared on call responsibilities
Skills & Experience requirements:
" Proven CQC registered manager experience and success in residential and/or supported living settings
" Significant background supporting adults with learning disabilities, ASD and complex needs/behaviours
" Hold the level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent
" Demonstrate a strong job history in CQC settings that identifies personal and professional development
" Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
