Job title: Inbound Customer service advisor
Hours: Rotational shift (please see below for times) 37.5 hours per week
Hourly rate: £9.02 per hour, longer temp temporary contract
Looking to recruit multiple Customer service Advisors for a well-known call centre, located near junction 6.
You will be dealing with inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts.
Monday to Friday either 08:00- 16:00, 09:00- 17:00, 10:00- 18:00 and 12:00 -20:00. This has 1 Saturday shift every 4-6 weeks with a rest day in the week.
Customer service advisor responsibilities:
- Handling incoming customer queries regarding their accounts
- Managing each individual situation with care to find the best solution that meets both the customer and business needs
Inbound Customer service advisor desired Skills and Experience:
- Customer service
- Attention to detail
- Good listening skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Knowledge of MS packages
