Job Description

I am working in conjunction with a leading provider of residential and educational support for children and young people with autism and complex behaviours in the Stourbridge area.

They are currently looking to appoint a Night Care Support Worker to work closely with a young person, helping them to feel safe, respected, confident and capable of achieving their best. Enabling their family to feel understood, informed, supported and reassured.

This position would suit practitioners with care experience who are looking to develop their career. Nevertheless if you are looking to pursue a career in care, education or psychology you will join a friendly and supportive team that excels in the career development of its staff.

This is a full-time position (working hours will be between 9.00pm - 9.00am) within their 24/ 7 services and staff will need to work according to a flexible rota (including weekends and bank holidays). Although applications for part-time will be considered.
