Job Description

I am working with s service who provide residential, self-catering, supported accommodation for young and vulnerable adults. Some of these young people are mildly autistic, or have mild learning disabilities.

This service are looking for people who are able to work on an ad-hoc basis, predominantly covering sickness.

The role is a supportive/customer service role, covering a busy reception throughout the night. You`ll be interacting with residents, monitoring CCTV, genera health as well and helping with safety/cleaning, so emptying bins, mopping floors etc.

You will need to be IT literate, have good English and maths skills. You will need to be confident answering phones and taking messages as well as having the initiative to keep the service clean. You will also need to be a friendly face and supportive ear, able to put the residents at ease, have a chat with them and make sure they are OK.

This is a temporary role so it will offer good flexibility. Howeve, the more availability you have the more work we can offer you.

You will need to have a current DBS registered to the online update service. If you don`t have this, then I can support you in acquiring one.

£9.00 - £10.00 + benefits
