Job Description

I am seeking two night concierges to provide first contact, support and safeguarding to customers who access their supported housing scheme of an evening.

You will work for a large, recognised provider of care and support and housing and be based within a housing scheme that supports adults with enduring mental health needs.

You will be responsible for controlling access to the building, dealing with emergencies, carrying out health and safety checks and communicating any concerns/events to the team.

You will be required to lone work, and have access to the out-of-hours management on call service.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is seeking a NIGHTS only role, and who has experience of dealing directly with the public and/or clients or customers in a busy service environment.

In addition, you will have personal or professional experience or an understanding of the issues faced by vulnerably housed people, good IT skills and excellent communication skills.
